THEY HAD LUCKY ESCAPE.
(From Our Correspondent.) KAWHIA, Tuesday. Two Kawhia residents, Messrs. D. S. Morris and J. X. Culley, had a miraculcus escape from serious injury when the car in which they were returning to Kawhia at about 10 o'clock last evening skidded near Oparau and completely somersaulted over a steep bank. The occupants, bruised and severely shaken, had great difficulty in extricating themselves from the upturned car, which was extensively damaged.
