HOARDING OF FOOD.
ADVICE TO NORWEGIANS
OVSO, April 10.
The Ministry of Agriculture has issued an official statement urging the entire population to hoard food, as "the situation in Europe has become so serious that there is imminent danger of a crisis."
Householders are told to lay in stocks of dried fish and tinned fruit and vegetables.
