AWATEA DELAYED.

RELIANCE FROM MELBOURNE. EMPRESS OF BRITAIN DUE. PORT SAINT JOHX FROM HALIFAX. The heavv easterly weather experienced by all vessels crowing the Ta>man Sea during the past few days has delayed the Union Company V expresliner Awatea for 24 hours, ami she will not Arrive from Sydney until 7 a.m. to-morrow, berthing at Queen's wharf at 8 a.m. The vessel sails on her return to Sydney at 5 p.m. to-mnrrnw. The Haniburg-Amerika liner Reliance, 20.000 ton<=, on a world cruise with ISI tourists, arrived from Melbourne shortly before 7 a.m. to-day, berthing at the Western wharf.
