Further counting in the State election merely confirmed the drift in favour of the Government in the few seats where a plight uncertainty existed. The final state of the parties is expected to be: —
United Australia Labour Independent
The position in Petersham is unchanged, and the United. Australia party sitting member, Mr. E. S. Solomon, is likely to win.
