NORFOLK ISLAND.
PARTIAL MORATORIUM. (Received 11 a.m.) CANBERRA, this day. Because of the continued depressed prices for fruit and the general economic difficulty in Norfolk Island, the Federal Ministry has issued a proclamation fixing a partial moratorium in the island.
