PEACE OR WAR?
Poland Wants to Know Attitude Of Lithuania. WARSAW DEMONSTRATION. (Received 12 noon.) WARSAW, March 17. A big demonstration Is planned for to-day under the slogan, "Lithuania must say whether she wants peace or war." The tension has been slightly relieved by the issue of a statement that the Polish Government has taken appropriate steps.
