ORIENTALS IN CANADA.
EXCLUSION SUGOESTED. (Received 9.30 a.m.) VICTORIA (8.C.), March 17. The Premier, Mr. T. D. Pattullo, has urged the Rowell commission, which is investigating Dominion and provincial relations in Canada, to recommend the total exclusion of Orientals and the deportation of those already in the Dominion.
