GUARDIANS OF FRENCH MOROCCO. —Arab troops, fcnoiPn as Goumkrz, on parade at Tafilcl Oasis. These French-officered native trocps, xvho render valuable aid in the North African colony, are a fine body o' men, disciplined to a degree and intensely loval to their officers. French Morocco has fifty-one detachments of these troops, totalling about 7500 men. They wear a h'ghly individual type of uniform.
