(Received 0.30 a.m.) LONDON, March IT. Gold is quoted at £7 O/OV2 pec ounce. The American dollar is quoted at 4.96% to the pound sterling, and the French franc at 159%. The following Is a summary of the fluctuation in the price per ounce of fine gold since the beginning of the year: —
