POLICE COURT SEQUEL YOUNG MAN FOR TRIAL. (By Telegraph.—Press Association.) DUNEDIN, Thursday. A charge that while in a ttate of intoxication and by an act of omission while in charge of a motor 2ar-"he caused death was preferred .".gainst a young man, Clarence Albert Barnett. a freezing works employee, in t'ie Baldutha Police Court. Accused was committed for trial at Dnnedin. The cn-e arose from a double fatality it Lovell's Flat on the evening of February 12, when William Hunter and John Patrick Muir were killed when a car driven by accused overturned.
