"STRIKERS PICKETING PLANT." (Received 9.30 a.m.) DETROIT, January 30. The Governor of Michigan, Mr. Frank Murphy, was preparing- to attend one of a series of Roosevelt Birthday Balls held throughout the country to benefit the infantile paralysis campaign, when he discovered that his laundry had not returned his best dress shirt.
