I SCIENTIFIC EXPERIMENTS. British Official Wireless. (Received 9.30 a.m.) RUfiBY, January 30. Tlie school blackboard may have to yield to the march of science. After conducting experiments the National Institute of Industrial Psychology has reported that a saving in time ' and strain is obtained by the use of a light yellow board and blue chalk.
