HAWXFS BAT WOOL CHEQUE. (From Our Correspondent.) NAPIER, Friday. Tt is estimated that the Hawke'e Bay wool cheque for distribution to-day arising from the second Napier wool sale of the season, held on January 15, will amount to about £435.000. A catalogue of 30.000 bales was offered, and approximately 90 per cent eold at auction.. The prices averaged about £15 a bale or 10id 1i pound. The two salee held in Xapier this season have brought to (growers about £680,000.
