Hostilities Over 100-mile Front In Spain. LOYALIST OFFENSIVE. (Received 12 noon.) LONDON, January 28. Active fighting is proceeding on the Saragoesa front, says a Barcelona message. Hostilities are extending over 100 miles. Severe clashes are also reporUd m the northern Madrid sector. "The Times" Barcelona correspondent says that Loyalists are seriously threatening the two main railways feeding the insurgent forces, and are trying to recapture Teruel. They have been hammering at Singra.j 24 Tillies north of Teruel. eince Tuesday.l and now have attacked Carinena, 241 aiiies of Saragoesa.
