j HIGH PRICE FOR MERINO. SYDNEY. -January 6. At the Sydney wool sales to-day the hichest price of the season was obtained for greasy Merino, namelv. 29d for five I bales from Yass. The offerings totalled 11.455 bales, of which 50.5 were sold. Aiso 1135 bales were sold privately.
