HAMILTON'S RAPID GROWTH.

HAMILTON, this day.
Building figures for the past 12 months in Hamilton slit>w a remarkable increase on the figures for the previous 12 months and give a true indication of the astounding growth of the town over the period. The total value of the 320 permits issued was £239,435, this representing an increase of over £100,000 on last year. During the year 118 new houses were built in the borough, compared with 100 last year and 92 i- 1035.
