BUYING RATES UNCHANGED. LAMB CP TO 774 D I'KK LB. The busy season at the Wostfield and Southdown freezing works is now in full suing, and after the Christinas break killings of lam Ims, pigs and cattle will continue. There has been a slight casing oil in the number of lambs being killed each week, but in January it is expected that numbers coming in will keep increasing till the works are operating at capacity. Prices for lambs on hooks at Southdown and Westfield freezing works for this week's killings are unchanced, as follows: Up to 361b, 774 d per lb: 371b to 421b, T'.-sd; over 421b and seconds. 7V4d. Xo alteration has been made in the pig schedule, which remains as follows: Cp to 801b. peir lb: 811b to 1001b, W'fed; 101 lb to 1601b, 5%d; 1611b to 1801b, 4vsd: 1811b to 2001b, 4 1 ,£ d; over 2001b. 374 d: oxportable choppers, 3V4d; unexport.able choppers, 2d.
