DIVORCE ACTION FAILS. (By Telegraph.—Own Correspondent.) HAMILTON, this day. "The only inference that can be drawn from their letters to one another is that, realising too lp.te their stupid mistake in marrying, they evolved tills method of securing a divorce," said the judge. Petitioner said the parties were married in Auckland in June, 1930. He met the respondent as the result of an advertisement for p. housekeeper, "with a view to matrimony," and though he intended that the successful applicant should have a months' trial first as housekeeper he married the respondent before taking her home.
