CHRISTMAS PARTY.
TURNBULL AND JONES, LTD,
A • % An enjoyable Christmas party was held by the social club of Turnbull and .Jones, Ltd., in the Amateur Operatic Society« Hall, Grafton Road, on Alonday night. About 130 guests were present and the evening was spent in dancing and games and musical items. Gifts and novelties were distributed by Father Christmas, assisted by his troop of fairies. The hall was decorated with streamers, balloons and a Christmas tree on which were tied gifts and coloured lights. A novelty Monte Carlo was won by Mr. C. Thomson and Miss M. Coulter. Other prizewinners in the games weri Mr and Mrs. L. Jones. An excellent supper was provided by the ladies.
