JUVENILE CYCLISTS. TEACHER SEEKS GUIDANCE. BOARD HAS NO POWERS. A suggestion that "double-banking' 1 on bicycles by pupils should be prohibited was contained in a letter read at this morning's meeting of the Auckland Education Board.
