OBITUARY.
MRS. C. FERGUS. (By Telegraph.—Own Correspondent.) DUXEDIX, this day. The death hae occurred of Mrs. Fergus, wife of ])r. Fergus. Mrs. Fergus, ;is Sister Christine Gidden, saw war service in Franco. After the Armistice she identified herself with various movements directed to the promotion of women's interests. The nurses' memorial fund naturally engnged her warm eympathy. She was the first secretary of tile Leag'ie of Mothers in Dunedin and was founder of the children's day nursery. Mrs. Fergus was a regular participant in women's golf competitions.
