[ CRIMINAL RECORD. UNDESIRABLE IMMIGRANT. With a criminal record in England and also in New Zealand, Michael Alban AtkiiiHon, stcvjvd and labourer, aged 20, was f»eiit & jiiison for six months by Mr. F. K. uunt, S.M., in the Police Court to-day on a charge of stealing ' two suits, valued at £14 8/, belonging to a Chinese, Albert Wong. Atkinson pleaded guilty. Detective-Sergeant Walsh said that on November 25 Atkiiwon went to a liouslin Gr.y's Avenue, and during the absence 'of Albert Wong he enterid through a window and stole the two >uits. one of which he »<o!d privately for £1 •">/, and I the other he pawned for £1. He gave ! the pawnbroker a fictitious name and address. Aroused admitted the offence ' wh.-n seen by Detective Aplin.
