ON DRIFTING ICE.
Fears for Russian Arctic Party. FLOE BREAKING UP. (Received 1 p.m.) LONDON, November 28. Fears for the safety of the Soviet scientists who are wintering in the North Pole region have been aroused by a radio message from tiie polar observation station, which is now near the coast of (Jrcenland. The message stated that the drifting icefloe on which they settled is showing signs of breaking up.
