BUTTER STEADIER. FUTURE PROSPECTS. LONDON*. November 28. Butter is steadier at the lower prices, but in view of increased production 111 Australia and New Zealand steadiness; may only be temporary, especially as the consumption lost when prices were higher hafl not yet been regafned. Trade is mainly hand to mouth, anil confidence is not yet fully restored. There is nothing to warrant simulation. Cheese has shown further weakness with a definite absence of inquiry and a poor demand. COTTON, RUBBER, JUTE. LONDON, November 27. (Quotations on Nov. 20 in parentheses.)
