SCOTTISH REGIMENTALS.
LADIES' NIGHT. A jolly crowd thronged the Masonic Hall, Princes Street, on Saturday night, when dancing, interspersed with items, filled the evening. Members of the ladies' cDnimittee, headed by Mrs. C. Baker, wife of the president, were piped to the platform by Pipers T. Stewart, R. Spiers and J. Rankin. The visitors, Mrs. J. Sinclair, Otahuhu, Mr. Young, chief of the Franklin and District Caledonian Society and representatives were piped in and -welcomed by Mrs. Baker. Songs were rendered by Miss May Stewart and Mr. J. McConnochie, and a delightful dance was given by Misses Irene Baker and Marion Thompson, who had to respond to an encore. The supper was served by the gentlemen, under the supervision of Mr. Hugh Brackenridge.
