Owing to her mooring chain breaking in a high wind yesterday afternoon the 20ft yacht Vision broke from her anchorage near Shelly Beach and drifted across the harbour. The yacht was seen by Harbour Board officials. The Vision was taken in tow by a launch near Northcote Point and brought to the Harbour Board slipway in St. Mary's Bay.
