FRENCH REVOLUTION MOVE,
(Received 2 p.be.) PARIS, November 25. The Surete investigators are still questioning the arrested Cagoulards. France continues on the tip-toe of excitement, pending full disclosures, which it is expected will be even more sensational.
M. Moitessier, Surete chief, says the name "Cagoulard" has been dropped and changed to Csar or Coinite Secret d'Action Revoliitionaire.
The police declare they have discovered a link between certain of those arrested and a periodical conducted 1»v the Due de Guise, pretender to the Throne of France.
