FOG AND ICE.
ROAD DIFFICULTIES. British Official Wireless. (Received 12.50 p.m.) RUGBY, November 25. This evening London was ringed by fog extending o*er most of southern England, adding to the difficulties which ice in high places, such as the Cotswolds and Cumberland parses, had already imposed on road traffic.
