NAVAL RESERVISTS.
EFFICIENCY TESTS. WHALEKS TO COMPETE. Members uf the Auckland Division of the Koyal Naval Volunteer Reserve will carry out tests in efficiency in boat work and communications at St. Mary's Bay to morrow afternoon, and an inspection will be made by Commander C. B. Tinley. officer in charge of the Devonport naval l>ase.
Three subdivisions will each man a wliarcr, and compete for the GovernorGeneral's cup. In addition to furnishing crews and signallers for the boats, each sulidivision will man two sets of signals at the reserve headquarters, and the exercises will be carried out by signals. * $
