ASSAULT CHARGES.
BELLBOY'S ARREST.
Arrested early last evening on two charge*, of assault, a bellboy on tbe Aorangi. Frank Hervcy, aped 18», appeared in the Police Court this morning before Mr. F. K. Hunt, S.M. Hervey, for whom Mr. Allan Moody appeared, was charged with assaulting George Williamson and assaulting Charles Henry George Hngbin yesterday. In asking for a remand on both charges, Sub-Inspector Fox '-aid HogMn sustained a fractured collnrlTWO and ankle as the result of the alleged assault. He had been temporally discharged from hospital to attend the Court this morning, but it wa.- • 1 "-i<"r.ble that the case should be delnved to a certain whether ITo-lvn would recover or whether it would be necessary to nnng an indictable charge of causing bodily harm against the accused.
