He is prepared to let them return and to receive no further aid from abroad, provided the same conditions apply to the Barcelona Government. Enthrone Alfonso's Son? Agents to represent the insurgents in Britain have left for London with document* for General Franco's chief agent, the Duke of Alba, enabling him to inform the British Government of the insurgents' attitude to the proposed withdrawal of volunteers.

It is added that General Franco will afford all facilities for the British Government's plane to end the Spanish war.
