MANAWATU EVENTS. MOUNTAIN FLIGHT IN FORM. (By Telegraph.—Press Association.) PALMERSTON NORTH, Saturday. The Manawatu Trotting Club's meeting was held to-day in fine, though dull weather, with, a warm breeze. The attendance was good, and the totalisator handled £9910, against £7532 at the last meeting, held on Labour Day, an increase of £2378. The course was fast.
