CHRISTIAN SCIENCE.
LECTURES XH AUCKLAND
After lecturing to large audiences in Australia and other parts of New Zealand, Mr. W. Gavin Allan, of Toronto, will give two .lectures on Christian Science in Auckland at the end of this month. The lectures will be held under the auspices or the Christian Science Church in the Mayfair Theatre, the first on the afternoon of Sunday, November 28, and the second on the following. evening. The title of the first lecture j will be "Jesus, Our Exemplar." and that of the second "The Science of Government." At the annual meeting of the Mother Church in Boston in June last the Board of Lectureship, of which Mr. Allan is a member, reported that in the year ended April 30 a total of 3216 free lectures were given in various parts of the world to an estimated attendance of 2,956,402 persons. Fifty-four lectures I were given in New 7ealand and ' Australia.
