British Labour M.P. Returns After Visit. INTERESTING EXPERIMENTS. (Received 10.30 a.m.) LONDON, November 9. Full of enthusiasm for Australia and New Zealand, and confident of their futures, Mr. Arthur Henderson. M.P. (Lab., Ardwick) and son of Britain's most famous Labour Foreign Secretary, has returned to England. Mr. Henderson expressed admiration for New Zealand, whose Government, he said, was doing a good job in carrying out interesting economic and social experiments, which might be successful and considerably affect legislation in other countries.
