(By Telegraph.—Pre** Association.) j NEW PLYMOUTH. Tuesday. The steamer Tymerir, which has been ; discharging phosphate from Xanru . Island, was to have mailed this evening I for Wanganui to complete discharge. At 1 the time for mailing, however, three members of the crew were missing. Two local men were signed cm in their places, but the ship remained in' port' because, it was reported, the men were unwilling to sail without the full complement. Finally a third local man wag , obtained shortly after midnight, and the ship sailed about 12.30 a.m.
