NEW HOBSON WHARF.
The trading jetty which is being built some distance to the west of Prince's wharf will be known as Hobson wharf, according to a decision made by the Auckland Harbour Board yesterday. While an objection was raised to the name being applied to so small a structure, it was pointed out that a jetty that locality lia? for many years borne the name Hobson wharf.
