BOARD MEMBERS APPOINTED. (By Telegraph.—Press Association.) WELLINGTON, Thursday. Dr. William Young, Edith Penelope Tennant and Jean Trotter have been appointed members of the Nurses and Midwives' Registration Board, according to a notice in the Gazette.
