Alleged Plot With Unnamed Power. SECEDE FROM SOVIET. (Received 10.30 a.m.) MOSCOW, October 4. Eight high officials, including the exPresident of the tiny republic of Adjaria, on the borders of Turkey, were executed for plotting with an unnamed Power for separation of the republic from the Soviet and restoration of the capitalist system under foreign protection.
