CLUTHA DREDGE'S RECORD. (By Telegraph.—Press Association.* DUNEniN. Monday. The Clutha River Gold Dreilgins Company. I/imited, reports that for the week ended October 1 the dredpe worked 120 hours and recovered 4330 i! of jrold. OKARITO DREDGE REFLOATED. The Okarlro dredge (South Wesrland). which sank Inst week, has been refloated and is now being put in order for the resumption of work. This will probably mean n delay of two weeks, (is it is intended to plate the pontoons so as to avoid a repetition of the accident.

A small sample secured showed n little fine gold. Country here appears to be more settled than where we first struck stone In this drive and two pood wnlls are showing.
