JAP. POACHERS KILLED.
THE HAGUE, October 3. I The Dutch destroyer Flores fired with fatal effect on an escaping Japanese fishing vessel, the Tokei Maru, alleged to have been in Dutch territorial waters in the Rhic archipelago, East Indies. She was ordered several times to stop, then a warning shot was fired. This was followed by a second, but the third shot hit the boat, killing two men and wounding Isfo. The rest were captured. •
