The Victoria Racing Club's meeting was held at Kleinington to-day in wet weather, l'lie New Zealand gelding Willie Win was not imprestdve in the Stand Handicap, finishing last. Desert Chief and Red Manfred ran poorly in the same race, which resulted in a surprise win for El Bruno. Beau Fieie, who was purchased in New Zealand for 750gs, was unluckily beaten by I'oohbear in the colta' division of the Maribyrnong Trial Stakes. Results: — MARIBYRNONG TRTAL STAKES of £500.
