LIFE-SAVING SOCIETIES. (By Telegraph.—Press Association.) WELLINGTON, Saturday. "When the Supplementary. Estimates come down there will be something for you over which you will have no reason to be downhearted. I give you my word for that," said the Minister of Internal Affairs, the Hon. W. E. Parry, concluding his address last night at the annual meeting of the Wellington branch of the Royal Life-Saving Society. *...,.
