ALIENATION SUIT.
Boxer's Film Actress Wife Wants Millions. "ENTICED AND ABDUCTED." HOLLYWOOD, October 1. The film actress. Judith Allen, has filed a suit claiming 2,000,000 dollars from Mrs. Delphine Dodge Goode, alleging the alienation of the affections of her husband, Jack Doyle, English boxer, whom she divorced at Reno, Nevada, earlier this y«ar. The actress alleges that Mrs. Goode "persuaded, enticed and abducted" Doyle by offering him several hundred thousand dollars, also by gifts worth many thousands of dollars. She adds that Doyle, on numerous occasions, before Mrs. Goode's intervention, attempted to arrange a reconciliation. Mrs. Goode, who is a sister of Mr. Howard Dodge, motor multi-millionaire, has recently been in Reno securing a divorce. She told an interviewer that she would marry Doyle, who added that he "would never fight again as it is too brutal."
