BRITISH BOARD BANS CARNERA. LONDON, October 1. The British Boxing Board of Control has banned the Italian boxer Primo Camera from participating in further contests in Britain, declaring that hie physical condition does not tit him to fight. LOUIS TO RETIRE IN 1938. WILL FIGHT SCHMELING FIRST. NEW YORK, October I. ITie San Francisco correspondent of the New York journal "American" stated that Joe Louis has announced that he will retire after his bout with Max Schmeling in June next year, irrespective of the result. He said he was confident of defeating Schmeling.
