YOUNG BOY'S DEATH.

LORRY DRIVER EXONERATED. (By Jelegrnpli.—rrcss Association.) NAPIER, Tuesday. A verdict that death was due to shock following injuries suffered in a collision with a lorry was returned by Mr. J. Miller, coroner, at the resumed inquest touching the death of Francis William Fleetwood, aged four years, who died in the Public Hospital on August 18. A rider was added that no blame was attachable to the lorry driver, the coroner saying that there could not be a clearer defence to any suggestion of blame.
