MISSION WORKERS.
A number of mission workers were fare welled and two were welcomed in St. James' Presbyterian Church, Wellington Street, last evening. The Rev. M. A. Gow, Moderator of the Presbytery, presided. . j, A nursing sister, Nurse A. Lilburne, was dedicated for mission work in the Presbyterian Hospital, Canton. China. On the eve of their departure for the Punjab, India, the Rev. W. M. Ryburn and Mr. G. T, Gray, of Auckland. Miss D. M. Mathew, of Auckland, and Miss B. J. Hardie, »f Christchurch, were farewelled. Miss F. Ogilvie and Nurse D. Robertson, from China, who returned yesterday by the Niagara, were welcomed. The speakers were the Rev. R. F. Fiah and the Rev. D. M.» Cattanach.
