CUTTER CAPSIZES.
FIFTEEN EGYPTIANS DROWNED. (Received 10 a.m.) ALEXANDRIA, August 23. Fifteen people were drowned and 30 are iti hospital following the capsize of a cutter which was returning from Agami after a traditional annual festival 15 miles west of here.
