DUEL MARATHON.
Hungarian Sabre Clash Goes to 51 Rounds. NO DECISION BEACHED. (Received 10.30 a.m.) BUDAPEST, August 23. j What is believed to be the longest duel in history was fought between at chief engineer named Zboropjaj, and Dr. I ' Prueler, a fencing expert. It lasted j 150 minutes. The duellists used light 1 cavalry sabres and both were wounded early in the combat and again in the twelfth round when the seconds wanted to stop the fight, which continued until the 51 st round. J It was then declared ended owing to t exhaustion of the duellists. The dueli originated in an argument at a meeting.
