Notice is hereby given that in pursuance and exercise of the powers under the Rating Act, 1923, the Hospital and Charitable Institutions Act, 1926, and all other Acts and Authorities vested in it in that behalf, the Panmure Township Road Board intends at its Ordinarv Meeting to be held on TUESDAY, the 7th day of September. 1937. !at the Road Board Office, Ireland Road, at 7.30 p.m. to make arid levy the following Rates for the year beginning on the Ist day of April. 1937. and ending on the 31st day of March. 1038, viz. : A General Rate of One Penny (Id) in the £, a Hospital and Charitable Aid Rate of One Farthing I (id) in the £ and a Special Waterworks Loan Interest Rate of Nine-sixteenths (916ths) of a Penny in the £ on the rateable value of all rateable property (on the basis of the Capital Value) within the Panmure Township Road District, such rates to be due and payable in one sum at the Board's Office on the loth day of September. 1937.
