A motor car travelling at 90 m.p.li. at Potlatch, Idaho, struck a log lying in the road, hurtled 47 feet through the air, and hit a tree and snapped its trunk off. The body folded like an accordion and the engine fell 60 feet away from the chassis. The driver, Mr. Pat Kilfoyl, and his companion, Mr. Robert Stevenson, stepped out —unhurt.
